Men at Work pay 5%

Men at Work have been ordered by a Federal Court judge to pay 5% of their earnings for their song “Down Under”.  Justice Peter Jacobsen ordered Men at Work’s frontman Colin Hay, fellow songwriter Ron Strykert, and EMI to pay Larrikin 5% of future profits, plus royalties dating back only as far as 2002.  This figure could have been a lot greater as Larrikin had originally requested damages in the region of 40-60%.
