Two major Australian websites have featured articles about the 2010 Bush Bands Bash concert presented by Music NT and the Alice Desert Festival.

Independent news website Crikey.com has published a great feature by Alice-based photo-journalist Bob Gosford, detailing the Bush Bands Bash as part of  his Alice Desert Festival diary, kept for Crikey. His pictures are as vivid and excited as the words he chose to describe the event and the artists involved. Read his article here.

National online arts portal Arts Hub also published a major article about the Bush Bands Bash, with Alice Festival director – and Music NT Board member – Scott Large interviewed at length. Journalist Fiona Mackrell also highlights the Bush Bands Business professional development workshops, run by Music NT in the week prior to the Bash at Ross River Resort, just outside of Alice Springs. Rising stars Iwantja Band are also singled out for a special mention. Read the article here.
