Bush Bands Bash 2023 – Market Stall Application – Applications Close COB 25 Sep 2023

Do you want to have a stall at Bush Bands Bash (BBB) 2023? Please read before you complete the form as some of our information has changed. This year we will have a stall holders fee for any commercial stall applying to trade at BBB23. Not-for-profits or information stalls will not need to pay this fee. The cost of stalls for BBB23 are: $50 – 1x1m stall $75 – 3x3m stall $150 – 6x3m stall $175 – 6x6m stall These fees will include access to power as per the application form below. Do you agree to arrive at Telegraph station between 1pm – 2pm, to set up your stall? All stalls must be ready to trade by 4pm.
I agree that all my leads and power cables will be tagged and tested within the last 11 months
I agree to abide by the directions of the MusicNT Event Management team and to comply with all reasonable requests regarding WH&S and site safety.
I will use environmentally friendly packaging (Biopac or other compostable packaging).
I agree to not sell single use plastic, all drinks are to be in cans or compostable containers.
I agree to manage my own back of house waste, to keep my area clean, and to remove all my waste and recycling from site at the end of the event.
I agree to follow all event and NT Health guidelines.
