FreshmiNT showcases the latest music releases from Australia's most isolated, yet vibrant music scene via a regular online mail out and weekly radio show.

Submit your new tunes below for consideration for the FreshmiNT mail out, plus weekly radio shows each Thursday evening on Gove FM, Territory FM, Katherine FM and 8CCC.

While you're here, don't forget to register your works with APRA AMCOS and upload them to Amrap so that community radio stations around Australia have access to them. If you choose to submit an audio file, we'll make it available to NT community stations informally. But we also highly recommend you submit new releases for free to Amrap in advance of your release date.

Please note that MusicNT has no control over what stations choose to add to their playlists. We also recommend contacting stations directly with news of your releases and touring activities to have an even better chance at getting airplay.

FreshmiNT mail-out

The FreshmiNT mail-out provides a monthly snapshot of newly released NT music, for both NT community stations and national music media subscribers. Anyone can subscribe to the mailing list. We do our best to highlight as many submissions as possible in the mail-out. We recommend that you submit singles according to their release date. If you are releasing a whole album or EP, submit the lead single.

Playlists & audio files

All submissions to FreshmiNT will be added to the Spotify and YouTube Music playlists (where available on these platforms) and provided to the NT community radio stations listed above, within reason. MusicNT has the right to use its discretion if a submission does not appear fit for purpose.
